Cancellation Policy

Policy regarding cancellation / any show / initial departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost
  • 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.
  • Jeep Safari & Canter Safari are non refundable.



Tour Postponement/Adjustment Policy

In case of postponement of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Adjustment policies would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing. The adjustment charges of a new tour date(s) would be as follows:

  • Guest(s) must let us know about the postponement of their trip at least 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 01 day to 29 days after already confirmed & scheduled tour start date - 100% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • 30 days to 59 days after already confirmed & scheduled tour start date - 50% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • 60 days to 89 days after already confirmed & scheduled tour start date - 25% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • After 89 days or no show - NO ADJUSTMENT.



In case of peak season (Holi, Diwali, X’Mas & New Year) the charges of jeep safari can increase In case of peak season – weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X’Mas & New Year) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required)
